This might be simple but darned if I can figure it out. You know how when you left click on a downloadable file link on the internet and you get a little message box that reads "What would you like to do with this file?" and the options are SAVE or DOWNLOAD...... and then there's a place where it says "always ask before downloading files of this type" followed bya check box... Well, my question is this: if you UNcheck that box and you lose this little option window, how do you get it back later if you want it?

Hello birdonwire,
Welcome to the WinGuides Forums!
Please see <a target="_blank" href=http://www.winguides.com/forums/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=brdGenSoftware&Number=87191&page=&view=&sb=> Allan's post </a> on zip file extensions. The same steps apply for .exe files and many other file types.
