Hello,
I am unable to disable my computer's LAN connection on WinXP Pro. I have full admin access and there does not seem to be any registry addition disabling this. I have reinstalled net protocols and it still will not let me disable it.
the error i get says:
"It is not possible to disable the connection at this time. This connection may be using one or more protocols that do not support plug and play, or it may have been initiated by another user or system account."
there are no remote sharing services enabled, or anything else of that nature, and the local policies seem to be ok.
can anybody help here? thanks
