I have an issue with an application that runs great when logged in as the admin user, but only ok when logged in as a "regular" user. Specifically, we have a document management system in house. When a scan job is run, the user can go ahead and index the job, or delete the page (s) if they didn't like how they scanned in. For some reason when the user attempts the deletion, there is a 45-60 second delay; when the admin user does this, the deletion is instantaneous. The users have change permissions to all reg keys and application directories locally. Where else can I look to resolve this issue?
