Can anyone suggest the best way to achieve the following:
* I want to secure a core set of icons on the desktop and startmenu of a specific profile, in Windows XP Pro.
* I don't want the users to be able to edit or delete these icons.
* I do however want to allow the users of this profile, to add their own icons manually or via new SW apps that they may install.
