I can't change Homepage now in Home Page bar.

Use Current , Use Default , Use Blank

these r not working and home page bar is disabled by my friend.

How to enable home page bar again ?

Is Spybot installed on your Machine? If yes go to "Immunize" then "recomm. misc. protections" and uncheck the "Lock IE start page".

I don't really have a clue what's wrong with your system. Download Spybot Search & Destroy (do a Google) anyway and scan for spyware and try what I posted above.

Try this:

Shut down Internet Explorer.

Now copy the bold to Notepad, and save as remove.reg (save as 'all files').
Double-click it, and answer yes to the prompt whether you'd like the contents of the file added to the Registry.

You may not need to, but reboot anyway.
