Links probelm (WXP-Pro)

Hello.
I'm using Xp Pro and IE 6.0.
And sometimes, very often, when I click on link it doesn't load and nothing happens.So everytime i have to exit and run IE.
If anybody knows solution, please help me.

Click Start - Run and type each of the following lines followed by ENTER:

regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 shell32.dll
regsvr32 oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 urlmon.dll

With any luck, this will help.

Thanks for your help adg.
But it still doesnt work, sometimes when i lcick on links i haven't clicked before it just would proceed anything.Only link that i already visited can be opened.

Could be any number of things. Let's try this:

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to \Windows\System32\drivers\etc
You will see a file named "Hosts". Rename it "Hosts.xxx", reboot, and see if that helps.

By the way, please make sure you also empty your Temporary Internet Files folder.

If the Hosts file doesn't fix it.

Are you using Zone Alarm ?
