Mshtmled.dll (W2K)

Hi,

Occasionally a dialog box appears with the following
message...
"Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"
I then get the option to send a error report to Microsoft.
If I view what the error report contains it tells me
ModName: mshtmled.
I have tried repairing IE6 and regeistering the dll again
but the error keeps happening.
Does anyone have any ideas what can be causing this problem.
