Virtual Memory

Hi,

When starting up NT4, i get the message 'Limited Virtual memory' even though i configured the initial size to 200MB and the maximum size to 500 MB. Why i'm i still getting this message? Does anybody know?

How much empty disk space do you have?
Virtual memory is ALL on the hard drive.

Well, i got 4.3 gb free diskspace left. My pagefile.sys is on drive E where the winnt and program files directories are located.

How much actual memory do you have ? I would change your values to something smaller then increase until you get the message again. Then set it to your last good tweak.
