Task Scheduler problem (W2K)

Have a task that just opens wordpad & displays a message at a scheduled time every month. Problem is that multiple people log into this workstation and I have to create a task for each person which is very time consuming. Any way to make the task work no matter who is logged in ?

Hi!
When you create the task you specify wich user to run it in the; Run As field. By setting the task to be run as Local System account, it should run independent of which user is logged in.

How do you know the password of the local system account? I just tried to do this suggestion for other reasons and it won't work because it needs a password for localsystem. Where do you find this info?
