wrong page showing (WXP-Home)

I'm getting "weird" pages showing up sometimes that don't match the URL showing in the address bar? For example, my home page is MSN (CA) but sometimes, even though the correct URL is showing an entirely different page being displayed. This can happen even if all temp files, history and cookies have been deleted! Any ideas??
