add permanent delete to "confirm file delete"? (W2K)

Ok, I admit it... I'm sometimes a bit too lazy to hit the "shift" key when trying to delete something. I just think it would be easier to add a third button called "permanently delete this item" to the "confirm file delete" dialog box. The question is, though, can it be done and if so how?
