IE 6 Picture Toolbar (All)

When you keep your mouse hoovered over an image for x amount of seconds, the toolbar at the top left hand corner pops up(with the save as, print, etc options) and at the bottom right hand corner the expand image button appears. What is the shortcut to make it popup when I want it to?

it will only appear when your mouse pointer is over an image

The switch that turns this function on or off is called "Enable Image Tool Bar" and is located in Internet Options &gt; Advanced &gt; Multimedia section.
