New windows blank? (WME)

Hey, just recently I will click a link that opens a new browser window or simply right click and go to open new window, and a new window will appear blank. It just sits there with the globe going around and around, (aparantly tying to comfort me by doing SOMETHING) It never loads and I can see the page I was just on through it.

I can close, resize, minimize, and what not with the window, just not get it to load. It's really a pain not to be able to open it.

I was on windows 5.5 and recently upgraded to IE 6 to try and fix the problem but to no avail.

Close IE, click Start > Run
type regsvr32 urlmon.dll followed by OK

I ran it and still get the same thing, blank new windows. :(

Run the Internet explorer repair tool, this will often fix then blank windows problem
