Stop Users from drop Folders on the desktop Taskbar (All)

Please could some help me I am trying to stop Users from dropping files and folder on the desktop taskbar. I am running Windows 2000 Pro and Server. Thanks for all the help in advance

Have you had a chance to look at MMC... Group Policies u can tweak win 2000 to the " T " there.

Thats what i do to prevent almost everthing within win2k for my network. Hope this Helps. ( If u want detailed info jus ask always glad to help )
