BLANK only (WME)

I’m cleaning my computer after every day, but IE acts really very slow when I refresh or even stop downloading a page, and sometimes after a long time of downloading I get nothing (just blank)
I’m using W98 & WME, but I’m getting this problem in WME only…
ANY SUGGESTIONS??

Close IE, click Start > Run
type regsvr32 urlmon.dll followed by OK
