Disable Downloading EXE Files (WME)

How can I prevent the users from downloading EXE files from the internet ????
I'm facing a real problem ...

I've also been looking into this recently. From what I've seen/heard, using ISA server (w/ a plugin) or using a firewall setting will do this. The only setting I've seen inside of IE is in the Security tab - there is a section where you can disable downloads. This disables all downloads though - and only through Internet explorer.
