Hi Folks - I'm trying to do a live update for Norton Anti-Virus 2003 and it NEVER completes it successfully. The detailed reason being: "WindowsXP 5.1.2600 Service Pack1 NAVNT 9.00" - so theres a problem with XP Service Pack1 somewhere.
So I'm trying to update the 'Live Update' tool but must enable Long Pathnames first.
According to TweakManager it's already enabled, Yet I still cannot update... has anyone out there experienced the same problems or do you know how to enable Long Pathnames using Reg Edit? (please bare in mind I'm not proficient with the Reg Editor)
