Change the Position of the Desktop Wallpaper (W98)

How does it fail? Does it return an error, does it ignore your settings, does it mis-postition the pic? Details please.

The proceeding was from the "For What It's Worth" files, which by definition may be worthless. Take with a grain or ten of salt.

it completely ignores my registry tweak. I am running windows 98 SE. How do you think I can get this to work?

ok, I tried Winguides Tweak Manager and it didnt work. Nothing happened. I get no errors or anything it just ignores the settings. I exported my registry before and after and used a file compare utility to see if the changes were made to the registry and they were but no effect. Why does this not work for me?
