Opening new windows? (WXP-Home)

Is there any easy way to make all subsequent windows opened in IE, open at full size?
All mine open at roughly quarter size, or at just under full size.

I know it's not that big a problem, but it's annoying the hell out of me!

When the new window opens drag the sides to your desired size. Click File > Close.
Refresh the original page then reopen the new window

Another good way is to open a new window from the original window. Resize the second window and then close the original window so that only the second, resized window remains open.
Then go to File Close to exit from IE altogether.

If that does not do it for you then post back and I will supply the method I use that for some reason nobody else likes. I have been using it for about three years now and have only had to resize it twice in that time.
