'Save target as' option (WXP-Home)

I've just got a new PC and am having a bit of trouble. When viewing web pages with video clips to click on to view, if you right click on the shortcut, an option 'save target as' should come up so you can save the clip to your hard drive, but when i do it that option is greyed out. does anyone know how to get that option back?

This could be due to content advisor being enabled.
