Removing IE (WNT)

We are using IE5,5.5,6 (created under IEAK) but when a user, uses a PC with an restriction within IE, it stays with them when they logout and use another PC with out the restriction. What Reg files do i need to remove from the PC with the old IE settings. I have used IERadictor which does the job, but i need to know which reg files to remove so i can creat a batch file.
