Dynamic link error when connecing USB device (WME)

I have Windows ME. When I try to connect a Delkin Devices PicturePad to my USB port I get a blue screen with the following message:

VxD Dynamic link NTMAPHLP (02) 002 to 004F and 00D to 004F


The PicturePad does not need drivers for the system to recognize this. I have been trying to research this but can't find any reference to this code. I only have USB ports, no firewire or USB 2.0.

It may be related to the motherboard. Check the specs for yours to see if it's a VIA chipset. You can also check here..
