Blue Bar in IE (W2K)

I saw a friend's computer had his own personalized text in that Blue bar at the very top. I was wondering if you all knew which registry key had that info.

I am presently on a Win98 machine so I am not certain if it is in the same location but have a look at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Add or edit the string value Window Title (there is a space between the words)
