I'm running multiple users on win98, and hence a logon box at the startup. I used to have a box where you could click on the user name and then type the password, but now after I've reinstalled everything, I have to type both the username and the password. Anyone know how to get back to the other box? Thanx

It's Microsoft Family Login.

Go to Control Panel/Users applet. Make sure there's a username created. If not. Create a username with password.

Go to Control Panel/Network applet. Click the add button/Client/microsoft

add in Microsoft Family Login.

In the Primary Network Logon list box (below the Add button) change it to Microsoft Family Login.

Reboot.

Login to your account.
