Deleting crisis (W98)

Accidentally, I deleted some important files from my documents I am using them in my daily work and I can't find any more copies of, so can I get them again from my hard disk by some way or another...
These files really contains all my personal work stuff (graphs, tests, texts, pics, tables,...)
Please, anybody knows anything-JUST POST

Perhaps the files are still in your recycle bin otherwise download Directory Snoop from www.briggsoft.com
With this tool you can try to restore the deleted files, if they aren't already overwritten on the harddrive.
