The 'Dos Box Here..' tweak is pretty good, but it doesnt work when you're at the root directory, in other words right clicking on the drive.
For this to work, the same settings in [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\.. add this functionality.
Also of you name this Key, in either the Drive or Directory branch, say [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\<Branch>\shell\DosShell]
and dont specify a default value for the test the key name is displayed instead - in this example the menu option would display 'DosShell'

This tip is also good for running any other shell one might like to run, say, a unix shell for windows.

I also found that not using the /K in the entry will allow long folder and filenames to be shown correctly.
