On 1 pc at church, have an application that is called
logos, bought a new computer but cannot rload
because they lost the CD. Is there a way I can
just hook up both computers so the new one can
utilize Logos. And copy over any other info needed,
without networking, because the old is not working great.
Thanks for any help.

There may be a way, but it is kind of tedious.
you may want to create anothe partition for your new pc so that you can copy the programs and exactly c:\windows\*.* including sub-directory and/or system registry to another pc. Again, I don't think you want to do that because that will need either network or lots of disk, (or you can burn it to a CD-rom for all windows file and registry, system.dat, user.dat and also the program)
If you are talking about just hooking up without networking, there is something called laplink. You may want to consider looking into it. It just needs your parallel ports to transfer files.
Good luck

You could use a "direct cable connection" You did not mention what operating sytem you are running, but if you go to the microsoft home page for your OS and search for DCC, you will find documentation explaining how to set this up.
If you do not need the old machine for anything else you could take the hard drive out and install it in the new machine as a second drive.
