creating boot disk (All)

My home laptop runs OS 98, and my office desktop runs OS XP. How can I create a boot disk in XP? I know how in 98 but can't seem to find a way to make one with XP.

Format a floppy and copy the following files from the root of c: to the floppy:
NTLDR
NTDETECT.com
boot.ini
