Need VB Code to Write/Delete Keys From Registry (WXP)

Please help me, I need the code to write to and delete from the registry. I'm using Visual Basic and need code in that language. I've read elsewhere on the internet that I might need to use API calls, but I'm new to VB and not sure how to use them effectively, just kinda confused at this point.
