Empty Temporary Internet Files on Exit (W98)

System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Internet Settings\Cache]
Value Name: Persistent
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = empty, 1 = do not empty)

For some reason I have no "Cache" for the HKEY_CURRENT_USER one. I have used this before and it worked great. After my PC crashed and I reinstalled Windows it no longer shows up. Do I have to enable something 1st?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.
