I get an Error 651 when my modem nedds to dial up on demand but only very rarely. Why does this happen only rarely when all of the settings are correct and I have the latest drivers?
Also, when this error 651 does occur, the Dial-up connection doesnt redail eventhough the check box is selected in the dial up settings.
