Conflict/Crash With ZASS Beta 7!

I have been testing the ZASS Beta 7 cause this version is using the Kaspersky AV engine for its virus updates etc. All seems to be working well except for a major conflict between SD version 4 & ZASS 7 which causes the system to crash. Even disabling SD doesn't prevent the crash so one of them has to be uninstalled.

Has anyone here also come across this problem?

What happen when you uninstall one of the program? does the system still crashed?

Are there any error messages that popped up before the system crashed? I guess any screenshots or log file(s) would be useful in order PC Tools to investigate further...

ZASS 7 beta works fine on its own but if I install SD version 4 the system comes up with a win-log error box and then immediately reboots or I get a BSOD which permanently stays as a blue screen until I manually reboot the PC.

Even if you disable SD from starting with windows the conflict between ZASS 7 and SD still causes a crash and I have not been able to find any crash report or log to this.

SD 4 has worked with all versions of ZA previously but version 7 has the KAV AV engine as its new AV feature so whether there is something that conflicts there I don't know, but I am running the full KAV 6 on another computer and SD 4 is grand with it!!!

I guess the best thing to do is to send an email with all details that you can give to ZASS beta 7 support team.

Keep in mind, it seems that ZASS 7 BETA also need to do something to handle this issue.

Have you tried to install Spyware Doctor prior to installing ZASS beta?

I have tried all ways but there is a conflict once one sees the other! Tech support here have said they will take a look at the issue, but as yet there has been no reply from Zone even after THREE messages to their Devs!!......No Surprise there!! :D
