How can I capture network and modem settings?

What do you recomend to use if I want to capture network and modem settings including user name, passwords, Ip address, ISP settings from one Windows98 computer and apply them to another?

There's a way to export all the settings to another box. I read the tweak before. Unfortunately I didn't save it :(
