Renaming the Start menu and removing items from it

Is it possible to rename the start menu? How would one go about doing so?

Also, I hate clutter; can the Help, Settings, Documents, and Favorites folders be deleted from the Start menu?

Yes--this is a popular topic--try searching this forum -- I've posted detailed steps a number of times.

Same goes for select start menu items--except for Help, which is hardcoded into explorer.exe. TweakUI will remove Favorites and Recent Docs.

It's filed under Tools/Project tools and let me easily rename all startmenu items and much, much more... be careful though (read: backup!).
