Error loading the database

Hi,my SD meet some problem,after i start my computer it appears these words:

Error loading the database,reason:Cannot open file"C:\program files\spyware doctor\refdb.dat",The proses cannot acces the file because it is being used by another process.

i download "window live one care" and update "window media player" before,
wat can i do now?

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Spyware Doctor? Please do try this then let us know the outcome.

i uninstall window live onecare and no problem now
