anyone know where i can find a new OEM logo that is in system properties (when i right click my computer and go to properties) for my system...mine is all choppy...i have an acer aspire if that helps

Hello - I cannot provide you with a new logo, but I can direct you to a cool little (196kb zipped)free OEM information change program to edit that area of System Properties.

It's called OEMINFO.EXE. Here's something from the htm file:

Description
A utility for editing the OEM information file (OEMINFO.INI) and OEM logo (OEMLOGO.BMP) selection. This information appears on the System Properties dialogue (right-click My Computer and select Properties).

Package Contents
OEMInfo.exe - the main program file
OEMInfo.htm - this document in HTML format
PCForrest.bmp - a sample logo
By default, the above files are installed to C:\Program Files\PCForrest\OEMInfo, and a shortcut to OEMInfo.exe is added to the Start menu under Programs.
