Okay he's a scenario:
One of my more technically advanced users has formatted their C: drive, leaving D: intact. Certain folders on D: are encrypted.
Because they've formatted C: they've lost any EFS Cert's, which means that they can't access their data on D: Unfortunately, it appears that the admin account's can't access the data either because they too have different certs from the admin accounts in the file headers.
What can we do to fix this problem? Any help MOST appreciated.
