Hello, My link to start up the email application in my "Send To" folder stopped working. I tried to repair it by selecting "change" icon to Outlook but still no luck. I can't even get the original envelope icon back. Next to "Opened with:" it used to say something to the effect of unknown application.....that's what led me to select and change the unknown application to Outlook.
I would really like to get this function back because I found it very useful as it would start up the default mail application with an email window with what ever you were attaching already attached. This function still works while in IE6 but not with the right click context menu while in other applications. I am on Win2K Pro and Outlook 2000.
I hope someone can assist with this. It used to work great I don't know what fouled it up.....but I didn't help either trying to get it back I might have made it worse. I need to repair the one that is there or establish another link to the email applications. Again, this is with the right click context menu "Send to"...I used to be able to select email.
