blank desktop (W2K)

Hi,
I got a blank desktop after logging in to my win2k pro machine, all the icons and task bar are gone.
anybody can help on this ?

Try this, log in then hit Alt + Ctrl + Delete and select Task Manager. Now go to File – New Task and type
explorer
Then hit enter.
