Here is the whole registry settings for UserPreferenceMask
go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Add a binary key UserPreferenceMask
edit the key to:
08 00 00 00 Listbox Animation Enable
04 00 00 00 Combobox Animation Enable
02 00 00 00 Menu Animation Enable
01 00 00 00 X-Mouse Enable
80 00 00 00 Show tool tips
40 00 00 00 Autoraise where activating
20 00 00 00 Show Keyboard Indicator
00 00 00 00 All Disable
they can also be changed by TweakUI
and you can use both function by adding the digits
together. eg 88 00 00 00 Listbox animation+Show tool tips.
