MK:@MSITStore error (W2K)

When I go to launch a users help file I get the error can not open the file: mk:@MSITStore:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\1033\filename.chm. When I go to the Start menu to run the Windows help I get a similar error. Any ideas on what I can do?
