task manager doesnt work? (W2K)

for some reason, task manager shows, but it doesnt have manu bar, nor title bar not even the tabs. whats wrong?

probably it doesnt have anything to do with, but i also noticed my connection is sucking since yesterday. but one problem at a time right?

so anyone know why i cant see the title bar?

Double click on the area below the local area connection wording and you should have it back to normal.
