LAN Activity Icon? (W98)

Hi Folks..hope you're all well

Would/could anyone tell me if, like in XP, there is the option in 98se to display an icon in the systray when LAN activity is present.

I picked up a virus at the weekend (download.trojan) which thankfully NAV alerted me to but I've always been intrigued as to the activity which occurs through the router (flashing lights all flashing and stuff..all flashing and blinking (Airplane 2!-sorry!!).

I have Zone Alarm Pro and a Linksys Router, ZAP shows internet activity but not LAN. My XP computer shows an icon when anything is going through the network.
