We've mentioned Search Bar many times in the past. It's a free custom search bar for your desktop, created by LangaList reader Patrick Deal,
that lets you instantly access any major search engine without having to first open your browser. I use my copy literally every day.

Although I do not use the searchbar itself the addon is excellent. You do need to have SearchBar in order to have the Addon.
I have mine set to add 'Search on Google' and 'Search on MS Support' to the right click menu. You do not need to have the SearchBar running or in your startups or anything else.
