I was in norton wanted to optimize my computer and i clicked on optimize and made a swap file,now my computer won't work.how do i fix this problem?

As long as you can get in Safe Mode, right-click MyComputer, then select Properties, Performance, Virtual Memory. Make sure the option "Let me specify my own virtual memory settings" is selected. Set the Min, Max both to zero. It'll warn you that this is not recommended. Do it anyway. Then reboot. Windows should boot(slower than with virtual memory). If it works then you can set your own settings for size. Set both to the same. Hope this helped.
First, what OS are you using?
Second, I'm afraid your post isn't very clear. Can you provide more details please?
