dark shadow lines (W98)

Today after rebooting we now have dark horizontal shadow lines running across our screen. Any ideas? Thank you!!!

This may be your monitor rather than windows.

If possible, try a different monitor

I had the same problem, too. The problem was my monitor. When I switched the problem dissapears. Switch back and the problem comes back. It was a KDS monitor I was having the issue with, in case it matters. It didn't always do that, but I can't pinpoint an instant that it started as you have.
