How can I tell what programs are running ? (WME)

I am running a Dell 8100. When using Kazaa Lite. Everything runs fine for awhile and then it stops dead. I try a ctrl-alt-delete and one of the programs running is bdeistallman3 . I do not have any idea what this program is or is trying to do. I end this program in task mgr and it runs fine for awhile again. Then it comes back with this bdeistallman3 . How do I find out what is associated with what in my task mgr window.
