this is a little weird. Win98 SE has become corrupted. I do NOT hve the SE disk, but I DO have the FE disk - BUT IT'S AN UPGRADE NOT AN OEM DISK. can i reformat to a DOS system and load the WIN98 FE upgrade? thanks for any advice or other suggestions.

yes, but you'll need a previous version of windows available (95 cd or win 3.1 floppies) to continue with the windows setup.
