Hi, this is an odd one-can anyone help? I have a laptop which has 8 different hardware profiles (god knows why-i did not set them up).Upon selecting any of them it displays the message "You are currently in MS-DOS mode.Do you wish to return to normal mode to run windows applications (Enter=Y,Esc=N)".The laptop then attempts to go into windows,re-boots then returns to the profile selection screen.This process then just repeats-it seems to be stuck in an endless loop.
Can anyone help please?
