Hi!
You could use a program like Sniffer Pro, but this is a rather expensive program. Or you could have your ISP do it for you, and have them send you a weekly/monthly report.

thCA,

Here's another programme that says it will do what you ask.

<a target="_blank" href=http://www.littlebrother.com/products/lb/>Little Brother 4</a>

This is what it is supposed to do:

<font color=blue>Who uses the Internet
What sites the user goes to
Whether each site is productive or not
When the user is accessing the Internet
How long the user is at each site
What the user does at each site
Which users spend time in Instant Messaging programs
Internet sites rated and categorized
Specify rules to block access to unproductive sites
Wasted bandwidth by unproductive use of the Internet/network</font color=blue>

They don't discuss cost on their site, you have to email them for it.

Good luck,
